That was very important quote said by experts. Yes, I do see and felt in my life as well. When I was a kid , I used to go school daily and study hard and no little physical exercise. That made me not good learner. While my friend, used to spend time on books less than me and this less hours transferred to playing things and hanging out. That’s makes a student perfect.
